Mr. Motilal Jain
A visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Namishree Group and Trishala Infrastructure, Mr. Motilal Jain has led the organization for over four decades with purpose, foresight, and integrity.
He began his entrepreneurial journey by financing commercial vehicles across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, before expanding into the realm of real estate development — spanning residential, commercial office spaces, retail, healthcare infrastructure, and government projects.
With over 20 years of proven excellence in real estate, Mr. Jain has successfully delivered more than 9 million sq. ft. across 22 landmark projects, with another 9 million sq. ft. currently under development across 5 ongoing projects.
Under his visionary leadership, Namishree Group and Trishala Infrastructure continue to set new benchmarks in quality, trust, and long-term value creation, shaping skylines and building enduring legacies.
Pramod Kumar Jain
A dynamic leader with over two decades of experience, Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain has been instrumental in shaping Hyderabad’s modern skyline. He began his journey in 2004 with residential plotting layouts and steadily expanded into diverse verticals from residential and commercial developments to malls, multiplexes, villa communities, and high-rise towers.
A Commerce graduate from Badruka College, Hyderabad (2003), Mr. Jain brings strategic foresight, a hands-on leadership approach, and a strong customer-centric mindset to every venture. Known for building lasting relationships, he ensures client satisfaction and fosters trust through transparency and attention to detail. Under his direction, over 20 landmark projects have been successfully completed, setting new benchmarks in design and execution.
As Director of Trishala Infrastructure since 2014, he continues to drive growth with innovation, integrity, and a customer-first philosophy.
Beyond business, Mr. Jain plays an active role in community and professional development. He is a Patron Member of JITO Hyderabad and a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI Banjara, Hyderabad), embodying leadership that inspires both enterprise and impact.
Susheel Kumar Jain
Mr. Susheel Kumar Jain joined the business in 2008, bringing with him a global perspective and modern business acumen.
A postgraduate in Business from Monash University, Melbourne, he has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across Namishree Group and Trishala Infrastructure.
With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, he oversees the company’s operations, ensuring every project reflects the group’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Snehit Jain
Mr. Snehit Jain is a passionate and self-motivated individual with a strong interest in finance and real estate. His curiosity and dedication toward understanding the intricacies of property markets and financial systems have shaped his professional journey and academic pursuits.
He is currently pursuing an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from the RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Noida. Through this program, Mr. Jain is gaining comprehensive insights into real estate development, urban planning, valuation, and investment strategies—equipping him to navigate and contribute effectively to the rapidly evolving real estate sector.
Alongside his studies, Mr. Jain serves as the Director – Sales and Property Management at Trishala Infrastructure, Hyderabad. In this leadership role, he oversees sales strategies, client relations, and property management operations, combining academic learning with practical experience. His vision is to drive sustainable growth, uphold professional excellence, and contribute meaningfully to the future of real estate and urban development.
Ms. Vidhi Jain
Vidhi Jain is currently pursuing an interdisciplinary degree in Psychology, Political Science, and Public Administration. Her academic journey has equipped her with valuable insights into human behavior, governance, and organizational processes, which she aims to apply meaningfully in both professional and social contexts.
Alongside her studies, Vidhi is exploring the world of brand communication at Trishala Infrastructure, where she contributes to crafting engaging narratives and strategies that connect brands with their audiences.
She is deeply passionate about creative pursuits such as painting, sketching, traveling, exploring different cultures, and writing poetry. These activities not only allow her to express herself but also enhance her attention to detail, creativity, and innovative thinking. Additionally, she actively participates in community service initiatives, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact on society.
